It’s taken me a while to catch up with The Big Bang Theory and my fiancé was nudging me to watch it. Bear said I would like the newest episodes because there was someone that reminded him of me. I was curious so I kept watching…then she showed up. The cute and slightly awkward Lucy. 

From her large eyes, short haircut, and peter pan collar…all very similar to me. It was amusing but creepy. Was someone watching my every move? Also the social anxiety/shyness….

At this point I wanted to cry. I’ve never had a character that I could relate to so much and some times it’s painful to watch. 

I’ve taken extreme measures to avoid social situations and people.

I don’t share my opinions so willingly. 

In the past the thought of dating a boy scared me to death. 

Thankfully it gets better (and you do meet a nice hunk with mocha fine skin). I just would rather not relive those scary shy moments.
